Andrews University is committed to maintaining a respectful learning and living environment that is free from Sex or Gender-Based Harassment/Discrimination, including sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking. Notwithstanding the University’s constitutional and statutory rights to make employment, admission and educational decisions in a manner that is consistent with the tenets of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, harassment on the basis of sex or gender listed in the Title IX policy is strictly prohibited.
